Price Guide — Per Session
The 2026–2027 program runs September 1, 2026 through June 30, 2027.

Enrolment is by term. Your total is worked out from the day your child starts to the end of that term, so you only pay for the classes they will actually attend. All prices are subject to 13% HST.
How Payment Works
Enrolment is by term, so you are never asked to commit to a whole year up front.

Pay only for the classes you get
Your total is worked out from the day your child starts to the end of that term. Join in October and you pay for October to January, not for classes that have already happened.
Choose how to pay
Spread the term over four monthly payments, split it in two, or pay it up front and save 5%.
Want to try a single class first? $30 + HST, no commitment. Art supplies are $185 + HST once a year, or half if your child starts in the Spring term. Tell us the day that suits you and we will send your exact amount before you commit to anything.

Schedule & Make-Up Classes
Classes are offered Monday through Sunday. Once a class day and time has been selected and reserved, that spot is held exclusively for your child for the duration of the active membership.
If your child is sick or cannot attend, let us know as soon as possible and we will arrange a make-up class on another available day at no additional charge, subject to space availability.
Make-up classes must be used during the active membership period and cannot be exchanged for cash, refunds, or credits.
The school is closed on scheduled holidays, including the Christmas and Winter Holiday (December 24, 2026 – January 2, 2027) and the Civic Holiday.
Every Oxford Art Academy student receives 15% off our Winter, March Break, and Summer art camps.

Frequently Asked Questions
Which art program should I choose for my child?+
Choose Drawing & Painting for traditional foundations in sketching, colour, and composition; Digital Art for illustration on iPad with Procreate; the Combo package for both, one or two hours of each per session; and Private Lessons for one-on-one guidance or art school portfolio preparation. If you are unsure, contact us and we will recommend a fit based on age, interests, and goals.
How much do art classes cost in Richmond Hill?+
Classes are priced per session. Traditional beginner and one-hour digital art classes are $25 + HST; two-hour intermediate, advanced, and digital classes are $48 + HST. Combo is $48 + HST for one hour of each, or $78 + HST for two hours of each. Private lessons are $65 per hour + HST. Enrolment is by term, and a term can be paid monthly, in two payments, or in full for 5% off.
What is included in the tuition?+
Professional instruction, guided projects, demonstrations, individualized teacher feedback, and the materials required for scheduled classroom projects. Your child also keeps a reserved spot in the schedule, gets make-up classes at no additional charge subject to space, and receives 15% off our Winter, March Break, and Summer camps. What happens if my child misses a class?+
Let us know as soon as possible and we will arrange a make-up class on another available day at no additional charge, subject to space availability. Make-up classes must be used during the active membership period and cannot be exchanged for cash, refunds, or credits.

Yes. The materials required for scheduled classroom projects are provided, including iPads and Apple Pencils with Procreate for digital art classes. An art supplies fee of $185 + HST applies, and optional iPad rental is $185 + HST when an Oxford Art Academy iPad is used.
